Dr. Jackson is currently teaching Economics in the Business Division of the School of Professional Studies at Alverno College. His teaching portfolio includes facilitating the MBA course: Operations Management in the Alverno College Graduate Business School.

Quentin is also adjunct faculty at Ottawa University in the Executive MBA program. He brings 25+ years of management and organizational analysis experience to Ottawa University's MBA program.

From 2012 to 2018, Dr. Jackson served as an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business at Concordia University Chicago. Dr. Jackson also served as Chair of the MBA Program + Director of College Accreditation and Assessment.

Dr. Jackson attended Northwestern University and later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal & Group Communications from Trinity College. Quentin also has a Bachelor of Biblical Theology from International Seminary and a Master of Science in Management from National Louis University. He also completed a series of PhD studies in the Education and Human Resources program at Colorado State University.

Quentin earned the degree of Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) with a concentration in International Business from Argosy University. Quentin’s dissertation research investigated the impact of knowledge management systems on human performance in relation to global business education and research. His doctoral research and writing earned the Emerging Scholar Award for Best Dissertation.

Dr. Jackson is extending his doctoral research through completing an Ed.D. degree in Higher Education Leadership at Alverno College Graduate School. His research inquiry focuses on the emerging intersection of artificial intelligence systems and university development.

Quentin’s professional career included positions at the American Academy of Pediatrics and Pearson Education. Quentin also held the positions of Senior Business Analyst, Business Consultant, and Systems Project Leader/Project Manager at Kraft Foods, and Business Services Analyst and Global Systems Project Implementation Manager at HP Enterprise Services. He has 25+ years of experience in Business, Management, and Information Systems.
